Norwegian developer KDD Group NV, with assets in Ukraine, has prepared an estimate of the total cost of construction of office and hotel center Sky Towers in Kiev, on the street Sholudenko estimated cost of $ 512 million (taking into account this withdrawal and purchase of land for shopping centers, VAT, design and construction, administrative and marketing costs). There are currently invested in the project for about $ 100 million.

Overestimated the value of property due to the signing of KDD Group NV supplemental agreement with the general contractor for the project – the company “Kiev Zhitlo-Invest” (Kiev).

The facility will be erected in parts: a 250 room hotel planned to be built for Euro 2012, and the rest of the office by mid-2013.

The company also announced a change of contractor, who must perform the bulk of the project and signed a contract with Turkish company ANT YAPI. Previously this work was to perform a “Base-Solsif.”
